Kimihiko Kimizuka's second season was originally set for July 2026 before production issues pushed it back to October. The light novel adaptation picks up the story of the boy who was once the assistant to the legendary detective Siesta, and the mystery of what her death really set in motion. 2. Tokyo Revengers: Three Deities War Arc

Studio: LIDENFILMS · Premiere: October 2, 2026 · Streaming: Disney+

Also billed as the War of the Three Titans arc, this is where Ken Wakui's manga starts its final stretch. Mikey's Kanto Manji, South Terano's Rokuhara Tandai and Senju Kawaragi's Brahman fight for control of Tokyo, and Takemichi is running out of timelines. 3. Black Clover Season 2

Studio: Studio Pierrot · Premiere: October 3, 2026 (11 p.m. JST, TV Tokyo) · Streaming: Crunchyroll

4. The Apothecary Diaries Season 3

Studio: OLM · Premiere: October 2, 2026 · Streaming: Crunchyroll (with an English dub announced)

Maomao's third season is now produced by OLM alone, and it runs as a split cour, with the second half set for April 2027. Eve performs the ending theme, "AIYOU". 5. Steel Ball Run: JoJo's Bizarre Adventure 2nd & 3rd Stage

Studio: David Production · Premiere: September 25, 2026 · Streaming: Netflix, weekly on Fridays

Technically this one started a week before the season, but it runs straight through the Fall 2026 anime schedule. The 2nd and 3rd Stages cover 11 episodes across a split-cour release, following Johnny Joestar and Gyro Zeppeli deeper into the cross-country horse race. 6. Blue Box Season 2

Studio: Electric Circus (taking over from Telecom Animation Film) · Premiere: October 4, 2026 · Streaming: Netflix

7. Cyberpunk: Edgerunners 2

Studio: Studio Trigger with CD PROJEKT RED · Premiere: October 20, 2026 · Streaming: Netflix, all 10 episodes at once

8. Tougen Anki: Nikko Kegon Falls Arc

Studio: Studio Hibari · Premiere: October 2, 2026 (Nippon TV) · Streaming: Crunchyroll and Netflix outside Japan

Shiki Ichinose's war between the descendants of the Oni and the Momotaro Agency moves to Nikko. Ato Nonaka directs, and two recap specials air in Japan on September 30 and October 1 to catch you up. 9. Ranma ½ Season 3

Studio: MAPPA · Premiere: October 3, 2026 (12:55 a.m. JST, Nippon TV) · Streaming: Netflix, right after the Japanese broadcast

10. Aoashi Season 2

Studio: TMS Entertainment (season one was Production I.G) · Premiere: October 4, 2026 (NHK E) · Streaming: Crunchyroll
