Kuro Games has confirmed a 3.7 livestream on September 19, 2026, which is the reliable source for the next drop of codes. Livestream codes typically go live during or right after the broadcast and stay active for one to two weeks, so check back that week.
How to redeem
Wuthering Waves has no official web redemption portal — codes are entered in-game only.
- Reach Union Level 2; codes won't register below that.
- Open the in-game menu, then go to Settings → Other Settings → Redemption Code.
- Enter the code exactly as written (codes are case-sensitive) and confirm.
- Open your in-game Mailbox to claim the reward items — they don't apply automatically.
- Claim promptly: unclaimed mail is deleted after two weeks, so don't let rewards sit.
