How to redeem
- Make sure your Adventure Rank is 10 or higher — codes won't work below that.
- In-game: open the Paimon menu → Settings → Account → tap "Redeem Now" and type the code in.
- On the web: go to the official Genshin Impact redemption site, log in with your HoYoverse account, pick your server, and paste the code.
- Rewards land in your in-game mailbox — check Mail within a couple of days, since unclaimed mail eventually expires.
- Double-check spelling before submitting. Codes are case-sensitive, and a failed redemption due to a typo still counts against some rate limits on the web portal.
